The company was founded in 2017 to create a home-grown, local investment management platform for capital based in the region to profit from the financing of aviation assets to be operated in the region. The business was incorporated in 2021 at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City, India. with the phased creation of the enabling regulatory architecture for aviation finance in India.
